When I say Menopause, I do also mean Perimenopause.

Menopause is a normal part of life, but that doesn’t mean it’s always smooth sailing. Along with hot flashes and sleep issues, many women deal with mood swings, low energy, brain fog or just feeling “off.” It can be an emotional rollercoaster, and it’s easy to feel like no one really gets what you’re going through.

You can begin to feel like you are disappearing, like every part of you is different and you question whether you will feel normal again or even who you have become.

That’s where therapy can help. I will offer you a space to make sense of all the changes — whether it’s your mood, your relationships, your physical changes or how you’re feeling about yourself generally.

We’ll work together to explore this transition and find tools to manage stress, helping to find your balance again.
